These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ‘Once Upon a Time’ Ltd. and users of the online store at ignisatelier.eu. By using the site and/or completing an order, the user confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
The online store offers original clothing and accessories including jackets, coats, dresses, skirts, bags, and handmade items. Each product is described with images, details, and pricing.
All prices are listed in EUR, including taxes. Payment is processed online via Stripe using debit or credit card. Upon successful payment, the user receives confirmation via email.
Deliveries are made via: Econt or Speedy for Bulgaria; A1post for international orders. Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days in Bulgaria; 7–21 days internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
The user may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery and return the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective.
In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer may file a claim within 14 days. If approved, the merchant covers the return or replacement costs.
‘Once Upon a Time’ Ltd. processes personal data in compliance with GDPR. Data is used only for order fulfillment and not shared with third parties except delivery/payment services.
All content, designs, and product images on the site are the property of ‘Once Upon a Time’ Ltd. Use or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
The merchant reserves the right to update these Terms without notice. The current version is always available on the website and effective from its publication date.
In case of a dispute, users may contact the Consumer Protection Commission (www.kzp.bg) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/odr). Disputes are resolved amicably or in court under Bulgarian jurisdiction.
